How To Be The Best Mom, Wife, and Friend
Every day I take a moment to think of how grateful I am to have an amazing wife. Angie has helped shape me into the best man, best father, and best husband that I could possibly be.
I owe my mother a great deal of gratitude for raising me with a values that allow me to be true to myself and my core beliefs.
I’m also grateful for all the amazing women that I’ve had the privilege of training throughout my fitness career. 95% of my clients have been women and thanks to their willingness to be open and honest with me, I have been able to take what I have learned from my experiences with them and use it to help many other women around the world.
Finally I am grateful to you for allowing me to be a part of your journey. Your comments and feedback will help me become the best that I can be.
One of the most interesting things that I have learned about women throughout my years as a personal trainer is that your greatest attribute is also your greatest downfall.
Are you curious as to what it is?
It’s that you put everyone else ahead of yourself. You bend over backwards for your children, you pick up after your sloppy husbands, and you run over to your friends house at a moments notice when they are in need.
With everything that you do for everyone else it usually means that you have very little time if any to take care of yourself. But this is all about to change.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. If you want to be the best mom, wife, and friend that you can be, the best thing that you can do is take care of yourself. The best way to take care of yourself is through physical activity and healthy nutrition.
When you are active and eating healthy natural foods, you will have loads of energy to play with the kids, you will feel confident and sexy which will lead to more intimacy in your relationship, and you will have less stress, a more positive outlook on life, a greater focus to help you be the best friend that you can be.
You see, when you take care of yourself everyone else wins. You are not taking away from time with your family and friends when you workout. You are actually creating more time and better quality of time with them. When you are physically active you will become more productive which allows you to get more done in less time. Now you can use that extra time to be with your family and friends and they’ll get the ‘best you’ during that time.
You are amazing. You are incredible. You are making a positive difference in the world. You deserve to live the best life possible in the healthiest body possible.
You ROCK! Enjoy the experience,
